Trees and shrubs* will have a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase. TimberPine will only guarantee properly cared for plant materials. We will not replace plant material that is damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: lightning, ice or wind damage caused by storms, other natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods or drought, physical damage caused by machines or animals, owner neglect (over or under watering). The guarantee only covers plant material, not labor. We will provide either a replacement plant free of charge, or a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price if no replacements are available. Any installation charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The standard installation price will be required for all warranty replacements, plus any delivery fees required for out of area work. Customers may pick up the replacement to plant themselves. To qualify for the free plant replacement, the customer must provide the original sales receipt along with the unviable tree or shrub. Clearance-priced items, wholesale sales, or any item sold without a warranty do not qualify for a replacement or credit.

Plant returns must be made within 7 days of delivery/pickup for a full refund. Refunds are only available on stock returned in good condition. Plants must have been watered and properly cared for to receive a refund. A receipt must be provided for a full refund. Refunds may be issued as store credit.
Items priced at clearance (discounts of 35% or greater off of retail price) do not carry any warranty. Items are sold-as is.
