False cypress are wonderful evergreen conifers that add color and fine texture to a landscape. 'Golden Mop' is prized for its gold tipped arching branches and mounding habit. The inner scaly foliage tends to be more green throughout the year and contrasts well with the chartreuse tips. False cypress are at home in moist, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade (best coloring occurs in full sun whereas best growth occurs in part shade). Perfect for rock or zen gardens.
