Yarrow is a very easy to care for perennial that excels in dry soils in a sunny spot. 'Sassy Summer Taffy' is an expanding cultivar with flat, salmon pink flowers with yellow centers held on slender stalks above a mound of fern-like green fragrant leaves. Yarrow will put out a second flush of blooms if cut back after flowering. Good as a dried or cut flower. Attracts butterflies and is deer resistant.
